How do we book?
Send the inquiry form on our homepage, or message us on Instagram, Facebook, or email. Once we talk through your date and your package, we send a short contract. Your date is yours once the contract is signed and the deposit is in.
How much is the deposit?
For weddings, the Basic and Standard packages are half down. The Premium package is 25% down, which is $700, because asking for nearly $1,500 up front is a lot. Sessions are half down. The rest for a wedding is due 30 days before the day, and for a session by the day of.
Can we do a payment plan?
Yes, and we keep it simple. A lot of couples pay 25% at a time, a little at each step, until the balance is covered before the wedding. If a different rhythm works better for your budget, tell us and we will build the plan around it.
Do you travel?
We are based in Bowling Green and we travel anywhere. We have photographed weddings in Kentucky, Tennessee, Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. Tell us where your day is and we will tell you straight, before you book, if there is any travel cost.
How many photos do we get?
Every picture that meets our professional standard. We never cap your count and we never hold good pictures back. The test shots, the duplicates, and the blink and miss frames get culled out, and everything left is edited and yours. Sessions come with the full edited gallery. Wedding packages promise 200, 400, or 600 or more depending on the package, and we usually land past those numbers.
How long is a session?
There is no time limit and no set location. We go where your story makes sense, and we stay until we have what we need. If you want ideas, our locations page has our favorite free spots around Bowling Green and Franklin.
When do we get our photos?
Sneak peeks land within 24 hours, because we know you are dying to see them. Wedding galleries take 8 to 12 weeks. Every photo is edited by hand, one at a time, and that care is worth the wait. Session galleries are smaller and come back much sooner.
Can we print our photos?
Yes. Your gallery comes with a personal print release, so you can print wherever you like. You can also order prints, canvases, and albums right from your gallery, and your first download from the gallery is free.
Do we get the RAW files?
We deliver finished, edited photos. RAW files are the unfinished negatives, so they stay with us. If you ever want every photo we took, edited, the Full Archive add-on on our pricing page covers that.
Can we pick our poses ahead of time?
Please do. Our pose picker lets you tap the photos you love, and the wedding shot list lets you choose the must have moments in the order of your day. Send us both lists and we walk in already knowing what you want.
What should we wear to a session?
Solid colors and neutrals photograph beautifully, and so do clothes you can move and laugh in. Skip big logos and anything you will be tugging at all day. A second outfit is welcome if you want two looks.
Do you offer mini sessions?
We do not. Every session is the full experience, with no clock running and no photo limit. We think your pictures are worth more than a 15 minute slot.
What if we have to reschedule?
Life happens. Tell us as early as you can and we will work with you to find a new date. The details are in the contract we sign together, in plain language.
